The Hypersen 3D optical profilometer HPS-DBL60 was first released in China in April 2022. It is an industrial-grade 2D/3D composite optical precision measurement sensor that empowers the rapid development of domestic intelligent manufacturing.
The 3D optical profilometer is China's first 3D vision detection sensor using the new flash measurement technology. It has the characteristics of high recognition accuracy, wide measurement field of view, and fast detection cycle. It can complete high-precision online detection of 2D dimensions and 3D contours in less than a second. While achieving micron-level detection accuracy, it greatly improves detection efficiency and can complete high-precision measurement of various materials such as 3C, semiconductors, PCBs, and metal workpieces.
